This dish is layered with fantastic flavors. If you have not had Indian biriyani before, now’s the time. Chicken thighs, marinated overnight with Indian spices, herbs and yogurt keep the chicken super juicy throughout the cooking process. The rice is flavored with fried onions and topped with fresh herbs, thinly sliced raw onion and is served with raita (yogurt sauce) on the side for a healthy and creamy finish.
Our first ever seafood dish!
Making the most of the last of summer! We’re using shrimp poached in a light butter sauce sprinkled with fresh oregano. Our house made pesto uses fresh basil, breadcrumbs and fresh squeezed lemon juice. We toss the spaghetti noodles together quickly with the pesto and grape tomatoes to preserve the freshness of the sauce. Served with a house-made Caesar salad!
